Fuel Pump

The stock fuel pump was replaced with a high pressure / high flow pump.  A new Canton fuel filter was added, which uses cartridges to make replacing the fuel filter easier. 

Return System

Using an external fuel pressure regulator the stock returnless fuel system was converted to a full return system. The reason is that with a returnless system the pressure regulator lives in the fuel tank, whereas with a return system the fuel pressure regulator is on the return path of the fuel, so delivers a more consistent fuel pressure under boost.  Ultimately the returnless system limits power under boost because the fuel pressure to manifold pressure differential falls under increasing boost, and therefore fuel delivery.

New fuel lines were made.

Other

When converting the fuel system I found lots of sealant which had come adrift in the fuel tank.  I also removed and plugged the Lotus float valve which prevents you from filling the tank all the way and made a new breather.
