Toyota 2ZZ Dyno

Stock 2ZZ engine, 180 hp.  Note that this dyno reads 8% higher than a dynojet, so the dynojet equivalent power is around 166 hp.

Honda K24 Dyno

The engine was tuned on the engine dyno.  331 hp / 245 lbs torque @ 8.5 psi boost on 91 octane fuel. This would be 305 hp on a dynojet.  When the dyno graph is overlaid the Toyota graph, the new engine makes more than twice the torque everywhere except the last 1000 rpm or so.  Because of inertial and aerodynamic losses this should actually give more than twice the acceleration in each gear.

Not bad considering the Honda engine is 100% stock, only cost $2400 brand new, and is using a small un-intercooled supercharger.
